Hello there all my Moonies! It's time for the first review of 2016! And most definitely, not the last! Today I'm going to be reviewing specifically the new Crane King Luna and Artemis plush that was released earlier this month. You can check out the video I made, for MORE information on all the other plush along with a detailed review OR if video watching isn't your cup of tea, I'll definitely be more than happy to sum it all up here!

Quality - The quality of these plush is truly lacking. Sure the stitching is in tact and everything is in it's proper place. But the feeling of the material just leaves you disappointed. The material used for these seems to be a cross between felt and fleece and isn't the softest material to snuggle onto. While they are certainly adorable, these really aren't for people who like to cuddle their plush. It gives the feeling of sandpaper as you rub it against your hand or cheek.

Appearance - Adorable. They are truly adorable to look at. They are sitting there (very well I might add) and just begging you to love them! And have you seen their tags!? Cutest Luna and Artemis tag I've seen so far from the new line!!

Packaging - What can I say, these were crane game plush, so the very best you're gonna get, is them in a plastic bag.

Art - The artwork on the tags makes it worthwhile to have one. Well, maybe not totally, but definitely beautiful and adorable all the same.

Functionality - Well, it's a plush, that sits. Yep, it meets that goal. But cuddling wise? No dice.

Fun - These are simply adorable plush to have fun with as far as photoshoots or other randomness you have going on in the middle of your bedroom floor with all your moonie action figures. Just remember to put a sign on the door that says to knock! Darth Helmet found that out the hard way. "No, I did not see you playing with your dolls again!!"

Cost - Okay, can I just say, the amount of mark up on these is terrible!! People are asking about $30 on average PER plush! I can tell you right now, they are NOT worth that price each. $20 is likely a good price on the high end.. I can see $50 being possible IF it includes shipping. Otherwise, definitely not worth spending $60 plus shipping on.

Availability - And this is where everyone goes ... "AWE MAN!!" .. yea.. this 2 are nearly impossible to find outside of e-Bay or From Japan. You won't find these on the typical sites like AmiAmi, HLJ or J-list. Sadly, I've checked. So you'll have to do a little digging. Just be sure to look for " ルナ ぬいぐるみ" or "セーラームーン ルナ ぬいぐるみ"  and that should give you a good start on From Japan. As far as e-bay goes, search for "Sailor Moon Luna DX plush" or "Sailor Moon Artemis DX plush" and that should get a good bunch.

These plush, while adorable, are not worth their asking price on the market, IMO. But, in the video, I take a look at ALL the Luna and Artemis and even Luna-P plush that came out (Except the standing one with the big bow.. After the video I noticed her tucked back in there. :( ). There are plenty of other plush that are better for cosplay or better for snuggling OR even better for practicality! So definitely check those out before you jump all over these.
