It's Monday and it's time for yet another Moonie Review! Of course, if you're not into video watchin' you can read all about my review on these items instead! But you're missin' out! Today we're going to take a look at the new gashapon wands that have been coming out (none since last batch though)!

Quality - The quality of the gashapon wands is about the best  you're going to get for the amount they sell for (originally). They are made of a heavier plastic of course and do require assembly. Other than that, they are seemingly quite durable for what they are! The only one's that bother me is the inner scouts wands. Since they wanted to go nostalgic with them, making them close to the original wands that were released some many years ago.. they made them like the nail polish that went at the top. This time, instead they decided on sparkle water for 2 and sand for the other 2. It's not very consistent and they don't hold very well in the wands. but, there is a neat ring, so..

Appearance - These things are stunning. With the metallics and gem like effects on them, they look like the real deal only miniaturized. The stands they come with are clear plastic, giving a floating appearance when you display them, so you can display them upright without packaging or anything obstructing the view of the wands details. Overall, just amazing how much attention these were given for Gashapons.

Packaging - The packaging for these were really neat! Instead of a box or a bubble to assemble these in, they were in plastic like canisters! The wands themselves were in the canister in a pink bag with each assembly piece in a separate part of the plastic, to ensure NO scratching!! Very clever and I totally applaud them for doing this for collectors!

Art - Okay, the artwork is lacking in this department as far as a neat tag or pretty sticker. But the wands themselves make up for it.

Functionality - Okay, they are miniature wands that you can play with, pose with a doll with or whatever your imagination decides!!! They are so fun to play around with and if you have a little one who's an aspiring moonie, these surely are going to be perfect for them to just play and enjoy. (caution though, some parts may not be best for children under 4)

Fun - I mentioned it in Functionality. These things are SO much fun to play with and at the cost they are, you're not going to freak out if it breaks!

Cost - When purchased, a set of 6 (a box) cost about $20. Now? People are charging anywhere from $5 to $15 each.

Availability - Right now, your best bet would be to check out eBay, From Japan and every now and again, check out the usual HLJ, AmiAmi and Jlist. But your best chances are with eBay, From Japan and some Sailor Moon groups on facebook, etc.

These little Gashapons are amazing! They're fun to play with, beautiful to display and you don't have to go outside of a budget to get them! I applaud them for their hard work and consideration on these, because they couldn't have been more perfect! Wellll, they could have made either all 4 sand or glitter.. instead of making my OCD go insane that they are different. >_< hehehe.
